i know who is suppost to say those lines. the pedestrian thats identified as ID:210, also known as omoboat the voice sounds the same as the prisoners from the mission ''da nang thang'', and some forementioned prisoners use the same ID210 ped, the others use the indian ped coincidentally the id210 has the word ''boat'' in its 2nd name ''omoboat'' and at the end of the mission ''da nang thang'' the prisoners leave in a boat called dhingy, and their direction of travel suggests they've went towards las venturas, more specifically the bayside marina
